Call for collaboration on exploitation of flexible carbon nanotube transparent conductive film

    A new fabrication technique for producing flexible carbon nanotube (CNT) transparent conductive film (TCF) has been developed based on a combination of electrophoretic deposition (EPD) and hot-pressing transfer by the Advanced Carbon Division of Shenyang National Laboratory for Materials Science, IMR, CAS. The obtained CNT TCF has good transparency and conductivity as well as excellent flexibility. No decrease on the conductivity of the SWCNT TCF was detected after 10,000 cycles of repeated bending test. It is anticipated that these CNT TCFs will not only be a potential replacement to ITO films in optoelectronic devices, but also find applications in flexible displays, touching screens and solar cells, etc. This technique can be easily scaled up to a continuous fabrication process that is suitable for industrial production of large area TCFs. This technique has been applied for the China Invention Patent. 

   We sincerely invite interested enterprises to cooperate with us on the exploitation of this technique and the application of these high performance CNT TCFs.
